About Licensing:
Licensing is "Per User", meaning the number of people who, from time to time, may use CargoWiz. It is not about the number of concurrent users.

The license is perpetual for the version purchased. There are no ongoing costs.
Updates are free for the first year, if desired or needed. After that, should you want a new version, the price will be a modest upgrade price.

Delivery: 

Orders are normally processed and completed the day they are recieved during business hours here in the eastern USA.

Within the USA -  Delivery by licensed CD shipped via Fedex. If you need a free download as well contact support@softtruck.com. Often these can be done quickly.

Outside the USA - Licensed installation file delivered by download, tax and duty unpaid, to the email provided on purchase.You may request a DHL delivery of the CD as well. We will pay for the shipping, but the recipient must pay any duties, taxes, and associated fees to the courier.



 

Question: Can I buy from a local reseller?
Answer: Yes, we understand this may be more convenient. Just have them contact us. However a direct buy from us generally minimizes your cost.

Question: Can I buy for my customers or my vendors?
Answer: Yes, in fact we can embed for display within the program something like "Courtesy of (Your company name here)". Contact us.

Question: If I buy and later wish to return CargoWiz may I do so?
Answer: Yes, simply return the original CD to us within 90 days for a full No-Questions-Asked refund.

Question: Can I buy with a Corporate Purchase Order?
Answer: Yes, corporate purchase orders are welcome.

Question: Do I have to buy a copy (a license)  for each user of the program?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Is this like a subscription? Do I have to renew? Will my license run out?
Answer: No. It is buy once, use forever. When you order a license you receive the program on a CD, which has no expiration date.
