If you have entered your own cargo/container data we can duplicate what you are seeing exactly if you email support@softtruck.com a copy of the file “CargoEtc.mdb”, normally located in: (Win 10 and Win 11)
“C:Users > your user name > AppDataRoaming > CargoWiz > CargoEtc.mdb”
 
In older operating systems enter %appdata% in the search box which should lead you, for example, to This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Users > Your User name >Appdata > CargoWiz > CargoEtc.mdb
