Licensing is "Per User", meaning the number of people who, from time to time, may use CargoWiz. It is not about the number of concurrent users.

What about support if we have questions or problems?

Now we have about 20 years of CargoWiz sales

...and have never failed to respond to a request for support regardless of time since purchase, and always free!

Minimum System Requirements for CargoWiz:

Windows XP or newer

Including both 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows 7, 8, 10, 11

Mac Compatible

Our CargoWiz also works on Mac with "Parallels" software or the built-in "Boot Camp”. An installed copy of Windows is also needed, perhaps just an older one like Windows 7.

Delivery of the Software

Orders are delivered electronically...

by download of a CargoWiz Setup.exe file. The file is an individually created custom version containing your license information.

By email, you will receive a link so that you may download your purchase. Usually this is sent within hours of receipt of your order during business hours in the eastern USA.

Contact us if you additionally need an actual CD containing the file.

It is permitted for a given user to install on a second device in order to accommodate that same user who also works from home or when travelling.

There are two ways to buy:
“One-Time Buy” has no ongoing costs and you can use that version as long as you like.

No. CargoWiz was developed with a focus on being intuitive and easy to use. There is a tutorial built into the program as well as a “Quick Tour”. The CargoWiz YouTube channel has several brief videos that can be helpful. If needed we can be contacted and will provide help.
