Import your products.
Check out our Easy Import from Excel video to see how you can very quickly make a database of all your products and save it with a name, perhaps, “Our Products as of August 1, 2xxx”. CargoWiz will save this as a database with file type .mdb appended.
When you get an order:
Open the “Our Company Products.mdb database.
Time Savers
You do not need to “Pull” products from this for your order. Rather just set the quantity for any item on the order to a non-zero value. CargoWiz will ignore any products with a zero quantity when creating your load plan and reporting results
Click the LOAD button
Usually within seconds you optimized load plan appears and you may create reports as desired.
Save the Shipment
You can then save this Shipment as created with a custom name such as “ABC Inc PO 65432.mdb”.
If you later re-open the file it will be in the exact state that it was when saved.
